Better late than never:
Here are new beta versions of efdat's RGB deathmatch maps. Three small levels for fast 1on1 and possibly 3 players FFA matches, each with a distinct color theme. You might remember some of the maps from the Kenya tourney sessions.

Any feedback, especially on possible improvement of item placement/gameplay, is highly appreciated.

Screenshots (pretty dark, yes - the maps are brighter in-game):

EDIT: Main changes from previous versions:
Blue now has an additional staircase in the room with the efdat window, there is a second RL and the armor placement has changed.
Red has been completely remade from scratch.

Edited by Renzo: Removed the other thread by spirit, discuss on this one.

haven't played against opponents: just walked through them and 'red' is probably my fav. Although the mushrooms in 'blue' are funny as hell

Neat work!

I'd love to duel on those maps, just hard to find anyone willing to...

some spontaneous +/- feedback:
+ the idea with color themes is fresh thinking, I got interested by just hearing the names
+ overall size of the maps (for duel)
- maybe too much small details, making it harder to move fast on
- a few rooms/roofs are to low (the "portal roofs" on the red), just making speedjumping on it harder

nice work man! any other projects going on?
