Please, can be added some features?

1. Predict Players multiplier
i.e. CL_PREDICT_PLAYERS (2,3,4)
cl_predict_players 1 means half ping prediction, but i want have double and higher prediction.

2. Option for independent physic, when prediction works on all objects, but another players models.
i.e. CL_NOLERP_PLAYERS 1 (0 default)
