I don't like the quad exit tele or quad setup. the same tele entry holes are pretty awful too on the map. I like the theme though and the big single atrium feel.

While thinking the map out, I had certain ideas about what kind of play I wanted to emerge,
and everything about the map is related to those ideas.
This is true for item placement, how the teleporters are located and situated etc.

One of the ideas relates to the subtitle of the map, which is "Out of Control"
for example : the open placement of the RA and the LG relates to this :
if you want to control them, and pick them up, you can be attacked from multiple directions when going for them,
the other way around, you can deny them easier, which is another form of control.

The Quad area, which is seperated...
... first, its a big trap if you plan to camp IN there ['out of control'] --- especially fun in FFA
... there is only one way in [which you can try to control], but three ways out

The reason that the quad area is seperated
... 1on1: because Quad isn't used in 1on1, and there is almost no reason to go trough that area in 1on1: accept for an escape plan [3 ways out]
... 2on2: control or no control, thats the question
... ffa : I expect funny situations there

The teleporters in the middle are all bottom floor, and they all go to the top level
and vice verse [exept for the one one-way teleporter]
And they are kind of a pass-trough 'tele central'

edit: the idea behind the fact that they are all close together on the mid:
is that it confuses you sound wise : 'which teleporter did he use ??? 1,2 or 3 ???' --- ['out of control'] >

And the quad-room teleporters mimics the tele-layout as they are on the bottom floor. So they are easy to memorize.

Based on the ideas I had, I'm ' hoping' on a certain play-style to emerge from those Ideas,
only time will tell

I got that too at first, however on the initial page there is a little tick box that says "Use our download manager". Untick it and then click the "Download" button and you will get the actual file and not some bogus exe file...
