I think will be better if it will be full rendered .avi with this face and not just static sshots.
I bet support for video in hud can be easy coded for EZquake.

@PrimeviL: ya I used Tremor's invis avatar and your eye texture to make the eyes more realistic. Eyes are BIG, not small. I think mine is realistic. If you disagree, take a look at a popped out eyeball :]

since he has pent also?

's facial expression would be so awesome on a 'Quad-face'. Putting maybe some blood/saliva around his mouth or something. Maybe trying a bluish color on the eyes.

@ the-intercepter and primevil: I don't think face_invul1 is ever used. Some one correct me if I'm wrong.

@ CanadianSniper, SputnikUtah & the-interceptor : In fact i've redone all face icons that i've found in my gfx.wad. It seems that face_invul2 is never used. I'm going to make a quad face with it.

i notice the helmet has a rounded edge on top, could you try to incorporate that in your face(s?) ??

I've edited post #365 to include the original hud faces I've put together so it's easier to see between the new ones and the originals.

On a site note, FACE_INVUL2 _IS_ used in Quake. Try deleting the 24bit face from your folder, setting dmm4, and spawning in a map.
Also, I like other_face_inv2

Here's a list of some things I'd like changed so they are faithful enough to include in QRP:

face_invul1 eyes more like other_face_inv2 (evil)
face_invul2 like face_invul1 but looking down
face_p2 tilt head right
face_p3 tilt head left
face_p4 look straight
face_p5 down/left

face2-5 blood, head direction wrong
blood should be just a bit darker
*there's a black border around the face -- can you make this alpha instead?
*the front of his helmet needs to be more faithful

- Sry dude, but i've already does my best, i'm just an amateur :>

- I corrected the wrong head direction and i darkened the blood too. Unfortunately, i can make face_quad more faithfull but nothing more.

- I'm working on my h_player skin for making hud face and i can't make better with it (actually?). I've started photoshop 1 year ago but maybe in 2 years my skill will be better...
