Now i have finally get my ez smooth and nice at least when i play.
but when i spectate its laggy as hell..
i´ve tried the zeal-servers
how come i use this settings?

vid_vsync 0
cl_maxfps 400
cl_nopred 0
cl_nolerp 0
pushlatency 0
cl_physfps 0
rate 20000

and i´ve tried cl_physfps 77 to and its still laggy?

*OBS!* well my ping is perfect, but its jerky when speccing others.

use vid_vsync 0.0, rate 10000 and phyfps 77

it doesn´t help, still laggy while speccing...

Is it laggy or just not as smooth as while playing? If its not smooth thats normal, qw speccin has always been like that. I can understand if you're coming from q2/q3/cpma background because those games are always smooth even when you change fps a bit.

So yeah thats normal, nothing to worry about.

how jerky?

1) use vid_vsync 0.0
2) it seems fps-indep physics + observer = jerky screen :E
