It is with some regret that I must inform you of the fact that we will not be starting a new round of DuelMania in the early stage of 2007.
We, the admin team, have over the past couple of weeks discussed a wide range of details regarding the announced DuelMania: Reloaded Pt.2.
However due to certain events, which will remain unnamed, we're now unable to field a new tournament as promised.
And believe me when I say, we've tried.

We hope that this will change in the coming year, so that we might be able to bring you the tournament you've been waiting for again, but at this time the DuelMania 'Project' has stopped until further notice.

qw needs tournamens and competitions and this news is seriously a kick in the teeth.

If there are admins then that's a technical failure. If i deducted properly, all we need is someone devoting hosting and probably some web-developing skills (gfx + php?). I think if we secure those factors, we can start duelmania or whatever other tournament. So why not start a thread with "seeking people with skills and possibilities" :<

I think the owner/author refused. Seems the most probable version. Anyways i can offer hosting, altho it will be .pl. I bet there are people who can host in other countries tho.

As I said it is not _possible_ for the us, the admin crew, to launch the Reloaded Pt.2 season. The reason for which, to put it bluntly, is none of your concern.

However, if any of you have the power and resources, I suggest you check out http://subdevice.org/phpTourney/ where you will find a template for the DuelMania site. It's available to all. And since QH is around the corner, you might have some fun with it at the LAN.

Nice work. However I think someone should post this @qw.nu, so that everyone gets the message about the new duel tourney or for want of a better word: Duelmania's replacement. I think this is essential to get as many players involved as possible.
