IOP servers are down and we need you to help us get them back!

I have talked to the headadmin and he is kind of angry because of the hacking that we did on the shell to get the servers updated etc..

pretty bad by us but we need to think forward and thats why I have writen this post.

I want all of you who want the servers back to comment and explain why this would help the community back or just write "plz get iop back"

If we got enough comments I will show this to the head admin!

The majority (like 90%?) of all Quakeworld games are played on IOP or Wargamez, would be a shame to lose them.

I guess you went too far then by hacking the server. I guess the hacker (disconnect?) should contact the person in charge of IOP and explain why he did it.


Anyway, the scene needs those IOP servers back since they are low pinging to everywhere and most of the matches can be played there.

Well yeah we need the iop servers so someone should start begging.

stop hating disconnect, he didn't harm any software/hardware. he just updated mvdsv so you (the players) could enjoy the game with new features and fixes


p.s. PLEASE bring back iop.

I think there are some ways to improve security and the server developers should know about it or at least they can recommend something.

Please bring the servers (and Qizmos too) back online
