There isn't much time to make drawings at the moment. All creativity has to go to christmas and it's preparations. But so far so good. The pears are cooked red, the presents are wrapped and under the tree, my nails are polished, the tea eggs are in the pan for a few hours, and I honestly hope that they will look like the rotten eyeballs as I have seen some on pics on the internet, and now I am making menu cards with of course Dompiewom on it.

I'm not really into the quakeworld scene nowadays, still I click my shortcut URL to quakeworld.nu in the top of my browser two times a day. At least. This thread is the only one I'm actively following and looking forward to see the next post. More pictures! I'd like to see more drawings of people, close-up faces or whole-body pics. Happy holidays

Thank you very much Daan, what a nice compliment. Merry christmas. Finally the big xmas foods is done now. I will show the bits and bites now, hopefully not boring the rest of the community with it. Tomorrow another christmas day with some more weird foods. But surely after that I really really really hope to start drawing again. BEFORE new year would be nice indeed. The lust and longing for starting a new work has been aching and itching inside my body and brain for quite a while now, but I just had not the time or the peace to start any. For even more boring bits you can always visit my weblog at http://www.carolmulder.web-log.nl I don't really dare to copy/paste EVERYTHING to here. But it's close to everything though. Aaaaanyways, Merry Christmas everybody, have a nice one, enjoy where you can, whatever you can. And be good. If not be good, then be careful.

Last night in bed I just had to start fiddling a bit. Just to remember how it feels to hold a pencil and scratch it on the paper.

sad little angel, to much pizza stomach to Just a question, how did you find this quake forum and started all this here?

Hmm, I play Quake online since the end of 1996. Recently I gone over to QW mostly, although for good old times sake I still play net Quake too. This forum, not sure who attended me to it. Another Quake player for sure. And I started all this here because sometimes I do make a little bit quake related art too, and I used that as an excuse to spam my Boring Bits here. See, the more people who see my works, the more chance someone will like it or spread the word (as in hopefully the weblog or site adress) so that I sell more works. If there wasn't an off-topic topic where one can "talk about everything but QW" I am not sure if I would have spammed my bits. Maybe I would have carefully tried in some off topic topic or so. But, well, I did that here too. So, mister phrenic, wanna buy some?

Yeh yeh Don't rush me. It isn't done by a long way. It is A3 size. And in between I do need my little Quake breaks. But I'm working on it again already. How did it ever ended with the secret conbacks? Never heard or seen anything of that anymore.

Added inks and a bit of colour. I think I will colour it all up with a mix of waterpaint and pencils.

Fishy Quake World part III. Too sweet weeds, or whatever it is. Looks like some illustration of the ancient fairytale books. So.... hmm... I can just carry on and fill the wings and background with toothaching sweets too or maybe i can just paint it all over with brownish colours.

happy new year. BuurVrouw, is that last piece your first quake-related artwork? if it's not you should upload more of it, it's always nice to see handdrawn quake stuff imo.

Happy new year dEus It is not the first one. Actually I started this topic with two quake related works. The Quad Pussy and the hairy guy in the mushroomfield.

I've got some snail on quad too somewhere, I will find that too. And there is one that is hanging somewhere in England. But that has only half a quake Q.

Here is the quad grabbing snail. Funny it is from november 2006. Wow. That means I have been playing QW for over a year now. And neglecting normal quake too much. Aw.
