This is a nice one buur really like it and in fact I like it as it is. What about colouring the background instead of the 'dog'?

That is an option as well. Although I wasn't planning on colouring the background this time. There was some voices for brownish orange. I'm thinking it over for 2 days now, I guess one more day waiting/thinking won't hurt.

I have problems with the 'liking it as it is' moonie. I have stared at it. Again. Many times. And it doesn't feel "finished" or "done" to me yet. So I have this weird itchy urge constantly on wanting to go on with it. Just a bit stuck for how what where. It might end up laying under a big pile of unfinished bits and bobs for months now. Unless I get some clever idea sson(ish).

Or I will ruin it with my unpatientness for putting on the wrong colours on the wrong bits.

But it is hard to resist itchy urges. Even if you can't define them.

Still not decided how to colour up that dog thing, so I started a new one.

Hey Buur, how does your creative process work? You first have some dreams and then paint dream images when you wake up, or do you keep yourself awake with fav brand of coffee for 2 days until you start daydreaming with a brush in your hand?

More like the latter I would say. But to be honest, I don't really know how it works. I can be annoyed and frustrated for days for not knowing anything to make. And other days I can read song lyrics or hear stupid stories or read sad poems and then it inspires me, mostly just one word or one line that triggers it. Mostly it is words that inspire me, for tasting them on the inside and thinking it in images the way I feel it. Hmzz... makes no sense at all. Daydreaming I do that a lot. The dreams at night I mostly not remember. So I stick to my saying that I don't know how it works.

Doesn't matter to me how it works anyways. As long as I can just ... draw. Then it's good.

Too cute to kill. And now it is outside, exploring the big wide world, with some extra cheese for on the way when all the travelling makes him hungry.
