Rafzahn released a small usefull Java based tool called MRQW. With this program you can launch mvd, qwz and qwd demos by just doubleclick them in Windows Explorer. At the moment its only Windows XP tested but it should run on all other Windows versions too. For more infos, download and installation instructions check out the official website.
