Ok darlings. For all the lazy cooks, lets make bami in less then 15 minutes. Put a huge pan with lots of water and salt on the fire Chop some porky bits and cover it with salt and pepper, fry it in some olif oil, sprinkle half of the spicemix on it in the meanwhile the water might boil, throw in the mie nests and let it cook for 10 minutes when the porkybits is fried good, throw in a sack of mixed and already cut up vegetables, not just for the idea of healthy bits, but also good for taste. (also lovely to throw in extra onions and mushrooms for those with bigger wallet and more patience) stir and shake it all good and throw in rest of spices/herbs, man you got to love that smell, sprinkle some good bits of soy sauce (ketjap) and depending on how hot you like it a half or whole teaspoon of sambal oelek (the red hot chili bits) Keep throwing it all over in the pan till the mie is boiled and done, poor water off, throw the fried bits in the big pan, the mie on it and very good hussling and stirring and whatever you do as long as it all get mixed good. Result: have some kroepoek and/or atjar tjampoer with it if like, not REALLY needed a beer goes well with it oo but also of course not REALLY needed enjoy

Wow, BuurVrouw, good stuff!
I wish I could eat and cook like you do every day, haha. I know like 5 different things and eat them 5/7 days of the weak, put in some pizzas here and there and some of the stuff like Tacos for like 3 days in a row since I don't eat it all in one day... would be nice to be able to cook so many different things =)

Thanks thanks Andeh, why not google a recepy on the internet where you search for quick and simple. All the stuff you need is told and how to do it, how to cook it. Give it a try. Many meals look more difficult then they really are. And nowadays shops make it so easy for you, you can buy already cut up and mixed vegetables and already mixed herbs and spices. It doesn't have to take hours to cook. God santa thanks heaven it doesnt. I would not want to be in the kitchen for hours! Just that it is nice to eat different things for tasting many flavours. And nothing more handy then making it in big portions so that it can be eaten more days! And you can make it as expensive or cheap as you want.

How about a healthy meal which is also very easy to prepare... ingredients: - veldsla (green salad) - rode paprika (bell pepper) - winterpeen/wortel (carrot) - courgette (zucchini) - avocado - aardappelen (potatoes) - bruine bonen (brown beans) - gemengde noten (mixed nuts) - olijfolie (extra virgin olive oil) You can use different ingredients and come up with something similar. For instance, instead of potatoes, I sometimes use slices bread or some rice or pasta. The vegetables are not always the same for me either, but I often also use celery (bleekselderij). Every thing here is raw, except for the beans and potatoes. Some say that cooking food destroys most nutrition. BTW: I buy vegetables that I eat raw at a bio food store. Supermarket packages seem to contain lot's of poisonous stuff, I try to avoid that because, aside from the poison which the land and veggies are treated, there's also the added E numbers in Europe, which (if you bother to look it up on internet) is usually also poison. So I basicly don't care that much how something looks as long as it's healthy. For that same health reason, I won't eat meat.

Aside from my notes on health, I forgot to mention that the pics look very tasty Buur. And sorry for the little attitude I gave you after you called me a schizo.
BTW: when I'm a player, I have 'ignore_spec 1', so I can't see the messages of spectators. I mention this because yesterday evening you wrote: "gezellig weer" when you joined the game and I don't know if it was directed at me for some reason.

Hmm mega, I do remember I got fed up with your mood changes and your nasty behaviour towards people then, while other times you can be sweet as a purring kitten. And I do remember mentioning that, also that I said you were worse then women on PMS (pre menstrual syndrom). Not remember to call you a schizo, if I did, that is not so nice of me then, sorry for being so harsh and for if I said anything unfair. And oh well, Quake is a brilliant and super funny game, I just want everyone to have fun and pleasure with it. So lets forget about it. Lets just motivate newcomers with our enthusiasm for the game, not with bad moods. We mostly have a good time, good chats, good laughs, good frags. Just as Quake is meant to be. *stompt mega Frag you later!
