i downloaded someone config here on qw.nu
and it included images for that new tracker feature in ezquake

i looked at the config, but i couldnt figure out how to take advantage of them
im someone might know the answer

Could have been my cfg.

Basically your fragfile.dat (c:\quake\ezquake\fragfile.dat for example) needs to be modified to point to images

Note 'sg' enclosed in slashes. Points to c:\quake\ezquake\textures\tracker\sg.png. If you need to increase/decrease image sizes the cvar r_tracker_images_scale will be useful.

I'd love to see some more support for this, maybe get some nice images for all possible death messages.

EDIT: i got it to work alright, mine just doesnt look like yours
all colored and stuff

also, wanted to know what that light blue line is in the middle of your screen?
it helps for aiming right? hoe would i get that on my screen

I'm using the hud group things. make sure you're using the new hud (scr_newhud 1 or 2)

I'd also love to see some tracker images for stuff like discharge, telefrag, drown, stomp, etc.. Hopefully someone artistic can put some work into these.

Thanks mate. It's nothing too complex, I just lack the skills to make nice, clean, concise representations of deaths in icon form.
