allow_download_pakmaps 1 ----> BAAAAD... since it allows client to download content from pak1.pak, the copyrighted one

Actually, that's pretty bad, since it endorses sharing of copyrighted data.

Ten year old copyrighted data which probably don't generate that much income for the owners anyway.

I think it is already pretty easy enough to play without the singleplayer pack (or even to find it online) that KTX doesn't need such a default configuration. We are the GPLed versions of those maps uh?
