Isn't the whole tournament deadlined?

could be, ake, but what if i just cant be there before 23? should player who is against me call for w/o, if he can play at 23?

i think the whole tournament would be delayed to much if you played that late

The tournament is based on a timeline between 20 to 23 CET that gets split up into 10 minute 1on1 games that run constantly during that time. You have to be active during that whole time in order to participate, I'm sorry :/
