ok I spoke to Lornelin on the phone now, he had spoke to GrYmmT about tournaments and he's going to administrate the tournament-part, although he will take help from any people willing to. So I have said that I will probably be able to help and sassa is up for it.
He's coming home tonight(sunday) and will try to work on qhlan after work the coming week.

How would one get from Skavsta to Stockholm ? Is it far ?

Is there a bus service in and how much would it cost if one happened to be traveling that way ?

Skavsta, nyköping? - the airport i assume...
then it's 100km to stockholm, pretty sure there is lots of busses to stockholm.
Should cost you like.. around 100sek ~10£

some short updates after I talked to lorn:
* lorn's got more spare time over (now when dh is over) = more time for qh
* tonight we emailed the guy in charge of the venue in Ã…rsta with a proposal on price etc. This is the last obstacle we gotta get over before we can begin to deal with tickets, seatbooking etc. With some luck we have a (positive) reply tomorrow!
