the other submissions are kinda nice, even though they won't fit well on a webpage imo, because of the photo-look-alike-style

The monitors are too complicated as a logo, imho. they can work on a webpage, but not a logo for icons, links,... why not just use the lettering instead (the Q over the TV)?
those from bps look nice too, although the green reminds me of barrysworld and planetqueke too much.
But i don't know anything about design (and this time i really mean that).

no, because "TV" (used in QWTV) is not a computer monitor.

that looks pretty great except for the QWTV text which looks kinda photoshopped. it could benefit from a more irony look (i.e. more iron-ish like the circle around the tv)
