it doesn´t work it creates only a LAN server.

I tried the MSDSV tool but when other people try to connect to my ip adress quake says

I have copied the mvdsv in my quake folder. I have started it and got this message

i take it youre using a router then, so forward port 27500 on your router to your computer IP which seems to be 192.168.0.1
