I know there ia a client area but this ia a general question to the QW players who will be taking part in NQR. What client will you be using for NQR and why?

I will be using fuhquake. Have tried to switch over to the new EzQuake client but my computer is having problems running it properly. Also haven't managed the time to get a new config for ezQuake yet.

ezquake 1.8.3 (although I hate the direction they're taking it) because it makes my qw smooth.

I'm not participating, but i guess you're asking partly because of inclusion of the fte client. I'd use latest-allowed-ezQuake as i'm having a hard time seeing the benefits of FTE QW at this moment.

imo the answer is simple:
I want the most updated, the most advanced and the most community-driven client available. Ezquake is developed by ppl that listens to the community, their needs and hopes.

EzQuake deserves the top spot in terms of chosen client to play qw. It earned it.


edit: No disrespect for other client's developers, but ezquake has much more visibility. Joining forces hard is I believe to be (/yoda), but consider it even if ideas differ. Ideas will always differ as long as there are other ppl in the world besides us (/post-apocalyse movies). that's no reason to be on the other side of the wall.
