sometimes at nights on the XS4all FFA server there's a guy without name. I don't know how he does this... if i write into consol that: /name "" than my name will be "unnamed". but this guy's name doesn't exits. and in this way don't shows him the ranking... also not working on him the skinforce. so he is always a black guy(in my quake. without textures). he is very skilled. but don't get me wrong... he doesn'T disturb me. and what is more I like him he is the ghost of the FFA server! I even make to him some talk scripts into my config ("fuck u, ninja!"
anyway.. does somebody know who he is or how he can do this?

ahaha that's very nice.. back on NetQuake days.. there was a character that would cause this effect.. you could simply put it from namefun maker.. and it would erase any msgs anterior to where it was print.. dunno how it works on qw...
