That averages 13,47 posts per thread. Not all that bad. I don't know if it counts deleted/moved/whatever posts or threads but editing your own posts won't increase the number.

Regarding the "active" user count, i would not call all those who don't post in the forum inactive, as we have a lot of users who just read the main site and part of the forum without ever posting.

A more genuine user count give us 237 users who has been online in the last week, 305 this month and 538 since the first of january. But that only counts the ones who are logged in. We have between 900 and 1000 unique visits a day on the main site.

My favourite type of resume: 20 users made 16 909 popsts, that's about 1% of users writing 50% of the stuff. Maybe we should write more articles for the front page and less forum posts? :-)

Well, a guides and howto section would be great.

Well I guess the count increases on gentalk and offtopic forums. Those seem to be the most active ones but trailing pretty close by are server and client related forums.
