armor skins doesn't work. they just show up in white color.

if you are using ez, then it is normal... didn't have time to make a mdl version of the armor... yet...

Hi ruohis, I saw your awesome models a few minutes ago and Im really impressed!
Some Questions: -Are your Models released under GPL? -Can I take some models for the freequake project? -Are you going to create some character models?
I would be deeply grateful if you could help us out @ www.freequake.net with characters.

if they were released under GPL we wouldn't just have .md3 models, but sources

just checking in to make sure I'm still alive didn't touch the computer during the Christmas holidays for two weeks... then it got hectic at work again... now i have actually done some minor progress in tweaking the models... for example the "vents" on the rocket launcher are no longer flat black holes.. but i actually modelled a hole in there... will post more when i have more... and now i can promise that i will have this project out and done during this year possibly even before the summer holidays Some Questions: -Are your Models released under GPL? -Can I take some models for the freequake project? -Are you going to create some character models? -No -Not before I say they are done -Time will tell, and the quake community will beg... Muahahahha!!! once again, uh oww Trickle, I hope your not doing what i think you are doing with those nails, bloody pervert... =)

gib2 got a texture rl got real vents in stead of black holes... checked all the minor things of the to do list... now all that remains is suit and backpack. unless someone has noticed any bugs or weird shit in the models that need fixing or more work?!?!???????

Updated the First Post with ALL the newest models and ALL old models witch this modelling project has included (some minor models have been left in the shadows, but now they are all there). Also new rendered images for all models that have been improved. Also updated the modelling progress page... Only 2 models remain!!! Backpack and Suit! Backpack needs total redo and suit needs a lot of texture work to get it looking just right. /* Edit Heck, the backpack wasn't as crappy as i remembered... Might just pull this of during this week, I'll try to get both models done during the weekend...

hey Ruohis, I actually have a request for you. right now, I use the h_player.mdl from Quake 1 Arena just so it can match up with any skin on Quake or Team Fortress(since most are human). is there anyway you can maybe make a skull with flesh on it still as a h_player.md3? that would be sweet!
everything is looking awesome btw! I love the lavaball, the spikes look great! I can't wait to use the gibs!

Zalon, morglum... I have not promised to make a player model... I'we said i would think about that. And yes, I have mOO:s project as a 3d max file, all that is missing is the animation... allthough it would not feel right to use someone elses model, even though i can't say that i'we made all the textures my self, big thanks to primevil and Moon[Drunk], could not have done most the textures without their textures as a base... anyways, what i can do is make a player model, using mOO:s model as a base, make my own set of textures and then start working on the animation... but that will take a lot of time... hey Ruohis, I actually have a request for you. right now, I use the h_player.mdl from Quake 1 Arena just so it can match up with any skin on Quake or Team Fortress(since most are human). is there anyway you can maybe make a skull with flesh on it still as a h_player.md3? that would be sweet! I'm impressed by those Gib models. Thank you so much for making them faithful to the originals. Now I can blow up some monsters without seeing human body parts or crappy gib models. My only complaint is that the back of Gib2 is too dark and undetailed. It almost doesn't look like a gib when it's facing the wrong way. The front looks awesome though.
