hey iv recently started playing quake again and i was wondering what happened to all the servers? i played a few months ago and there were a crap load of servers now, there's so few whats up? do i need to update my quake client or whats up? i know that somtimes for some games thats the problem. let me know whats up!

forgot to mention i run EZquake.

Well quakeservers.net hsa a long list of (mostly) all quake servers in the world. I am not aware of any recent dramatic drop in servers. Where do you see this drop? If you are talking about the in-game server browser, you can just add one (or more) of the master servers from this list. Remember to add by IP and not by hostname though, as the current stable ezQuake version has a bug regarding this, or just get a nightly version of ezQuake instead.

i would recomend gamescanner serverbrowser. Fast, easy to use, quick install etc..
