Peppe, I still use sens 20 (5 cm per 360 degree turn) :-) But now I can handle it more then before. And I manage to become QWDL div21 champion. Not very high, but this result gives me hope and warms my soul when I been raped. :-)

uhähuhueahe how do you manage?
if you move your hand for a fast motion you'll just spin 720 degrees instead of just 90

I've become angry too and deleted my quake folder numerous times. But.... I learned that I always want to play again after a while so I backed it up on my external harddisk
I've also smacked my mouse hard on the table until a piece broke off my mx518 .... Especially scratching mouse feet could make me angry.
Anyway, I think it has to do with your personality in general, not just in Quake. If you work on a more stable mindset, you'll cope better with losing in Quake too. And even when you loose, you can, for instance, still enjoy the nice movement. Focus more on the fun of playing instead of winning.
