It's visible but gives the "failed to validate client IP" error when client connects. There are instructions how to fix this at http://www.qw-dev.net/wiki/ktx/FAQ

Thanks for the reply. I'm running FFA, so would sv_getrealip 0 solve the problem?

I think you should re-read the FAQ entry. It clearly states the files/settings you need to change.

Our package has getrealip enabled on purpose, to increase security by always resolving the real ip-address of the players. This way cheaters and abusers will leave their ip-addresses and they can be identified, also banning such persons just works. If getrealip isn't enabled (at all) people can bypass bans using proxies and in worst case scenario hide their real ips like I already said.

NAT changes things but it shouldn't prevent the use of getrealip, or at least I have always been able to configure my servers so that getrealip works with the same setting as in our package, NAT'ed or not (jollen.se for example was using NAT).

This is one of those moments when I wonder why do I even bother doing documentation or guides.

According to the documentation:
"Files that require changes: qwserver/ktx/portX.cfg or qwserver/ffa/portX.cfg files"

There are no port.cfg files in the ffa directory.

I changed sv_serverip in ffa.cfg from the local ip-address to the public ip-address and sv_getrealip 0 back to sv_getrealip 1.
Hope this fixes the problem.

FAQ contained misinformation that has now been corrected.

i get a bunch of "fragfile errors" upon connect. first try i overflowed, on second try it connects but with bad packetloss.

edit: oh ok, the fragfile probs seem to be on my end. the pl is due to my shitty wireless connection. your server seems to run fine then

mind you, i get these errors on any server.see my edit post. i was using my osx install of ezquake which is a mess and maybe even missing files.
the overflow was unusual as i don't usually get that but apart from that i don't see anything wrong with the server.
i had good download speed with the maps, too.
