whats the command in fuhquake so when you hit tab to see the scores...it shows team scores?

like

red 12
blue 4

and how many players are on each team...i seem ti forgor something

it shows average fps and teamscores above the player scores

As adde suggested, binding tab to +showteamscores instead of +showscores would give you what you want.
