Anyone have any luck setting up server on XP SP2 or higher.

I can't seem to get people to connect from outside.

Luck has nothing to do with it. Could it be that you forgot to read KTX FAQ section ?

Also your question is very vague. What if I replied here "I can run a server from KTX+MVDSV package in three seconds and people can connect" ? Does that give you any insight of what's going on? (other than that the server package actually works)

Anyway I think my reply already gives an answer (or an url that should help) to your problem, unless there's something else, like firewall or NAT suckage.

turned all firewalls off and still port 27500 isn't letting people connect.
