I have some issues with ezquake in linux 64 bit.

1) "in_mouse 3" makes it freeze randomly,

in_mouse 2 works fine.

2) I have mx518 mouse and would like to use all 8 buttons. Right now I can only use the usual 3 plus the two on the side. The other 3 are reported in "xev" as mouse10, mouse11, mouse12 buttons.

Using some tool I got the raw codes for all

Event code 272 (LeftBtn)
Event code 273 (RightBtn)
Event code 274 (MiddleBtn)
Event code 275 (SideBtn)
Event code 276 (ExtraBtn)
Event code 277 (ForwardBtn)
Event code 278 (BackBtn)
Event code 279 (TaskBtn)

How can I use all buttons in ezquake?

Have you tried in_m_mwhook?

huh? Ezquake docs say its 1) only for windows 2) deprecated.
