Well i downloaded the nquake package with ezquake and other goodies...

i then went onto quakeGFX and downloaded the q3 sounds but i can t seem to get them to wirk in game can someone please tell me how to do it

seems like there is another soundpack overriding your new soundpack

you have any idea what to do like were to put the files so on.. im a total noob at this

files must be in /qw/sounds

They are in qw sounds yet i still get the normal sounds.....

do i have to rename the files or delete some because i didint have qw/sounds folder until i put it their :S

nah, just these folders inside qw/sound** withouth 's'

If is not working you should search for another sounds you have installed with nQuake, look inside the paks or in the folders and delete them
