Hi,
Is there some kind of tutorial anywhere where you can learn to do a qw dm/tf map?
What programs do you need q3radiant/worldcraft etc? pak's/wad's and all those what are necessary to make a map.

Take a look in this thread, it's about how to use GtkRadiant for QW, then there should be plenty of tutorials on the net on how to use it for mapping.

Is there a way to select all (like ctrl - a) in worldcraft?

I guess you'll have to go through the menu either by using the mouse or SHIFT+ALT then E then A.

In BSP it's just the ` (backtick/tilde key) to select all
