I've just found (again) the Methos quake page.
It has some great XX century demos, damn, i must have seen each one of them like 5 times.

Wow! that site still up!? Man I remember the days when I didn't even had a connection that was decent enough to play(ping 200 pl30 in the middle of the night
) on I checked that site for demos and news.
