Anyone know of any good FFA modifications for new players.
Generally I am looking for something that doesn't require a massive depth of knowledge for a LAN. Generally if I could get them hooked with some modified FFA I am sure some of them would give QW more of a play.
I remember years ago back before QW was made and everyone was using winquake they made mods that changed the default functions of weapons substituting weapon models with other models in the games eg, rocket dogs, homing missiles, sticky rockets that stuck to your player model for 30 secs draining your life until you ran into another player effectively passing the rockets onto the other player.
Anyone know of any similar quakeworld mods available. I already know about CTF, ARENA and TF
