you should know how duel tournaments are run
you should have no problem taking instructions
you should be strict with rules...

what's the 'good plan' then or is it a secret?

Judging by his other posts, he's thinking about a 32-man, invitational, internet-based duel tournament. Sounds good as long as he can scrape a good lineup together, as long as this whole "invitational" thing doesn't become too prevalent in future.

The invitational thing is not set in stone .. i just want to know who i should ask =D

Invitational tournaments are great because most QW players love to watch QW - its good to make the most of that because it's not the same for all games (I know to my cost - I'm the biggest seller of Ultimate Frisbee DVDs in Europe!)
