Noticed that teamspeak 3 was release not so long ago, has anyone tried it?

Haven't tried it, but I looked into their licensing a while ago when it was released. It seems that their new licensing plans allow non-profits to host up to 512 user servers (if you can get into the program that is
)
So it would be possible for us to use it, but i still prefer mumble, if they would just add the option to record, BASTARDS!

Zalon according to what the non-profit license is aimed at we should qualify. But do you really apply? I thought you just needed to register at a website. Anyway I believe we would benefit from getting a non-profit license of that kind even if Mumble is superior, which I doubt. Also the recording feature is very useful. Please look into it.

It's not if mumble is superior, because it is. Especially as a hosted service kinda thing like we do with the mumble server now, but I will look into what the pros and cons are with both.
