We want to make this the best qw event ever, and to that end hope to bring back some of the old great players who has quit.

Let's put a list together of who we'd like to see there, and then try to get in contact with them... at least some are bound to be interested I think.
I started with "some" from the clans i thought of off the top of my head, post your contributions to the list and I'll update this post.
If you know someone who are on this list or are on it yourself, ask them (or yourself =) to come to the lan, and post results here or something and I'll update it.
Not all of these were top players of course, but it's people I remember playing against or watching play and would like to see at the lan. Maybe should do some kind of prioritizing... =P

Wow, that is a pretty impressive list of players. Brings back a lot of memories just thinking about a lot of them Have to say there was quite a few that I even haven't heard of! All that is left now is the work towards getting them all to come

Yes, it would be nice if some of the old stars made comebacks, but most of all I want to see the currently active players show up. So everyone who has played in the current EQL or in the current Ownage.

I'm sure Reppie will want to come!! so far, this doesn't seem like just a normal LAN, this seems to become the best LAN imaginable for quakeworld =) with stroller putting cash from work on QHlan prices and travel for some div0 players, and I think this LAN could just get as good as humanly possible

I know that I would want to come if I was Reppie, even if I hardly played qw anymore =) besides from the amazing things with the high cashprizes and everything, there are also STÖRTSKÖNT FOLK (wickednice people) there!!

I think the "money pool" should go to price money and not to make ppl come. If there is more price money there is more at stake and it will make the tournament more exisiting, and more people will come. For example a clan like tVS will show up anyway since they have the biggest chance to win the 1st spot, and same goes for a player like Reppie? :E

We're talking like 85% of available funds in prize money, If you want to make the prize pool even bigger you're welcome to help get more sponsors or contribute yourself. =)
