I've started new servers and qwfwd proxy.
How do I make my ezquake use it when it searches for the best route?
I've added it on quakeservers.net but it seems not updated anymore.

What should be configured on the server side?

In both cases adding the servers to quakeservers.net is enough, but you just need to wait. Typically somewhere around one or two days.
If you want to try it out in ezQuake instantly, add the QWfwd into your server browser manually ([ins] on servers page) and then do a full refresh (ctrl+space). Then it will include your QWfwd in the best route calculations. Of course That does not mean your proxy will be used, depends on what is the actual best route.

msk.qw.ru ffa is there since 2010. but no stats are updated

Adding it to one of the active master servers will also make it appear on quakeservers.net

qwmaster.ocrana.de:27000
masterserver.exhale.de:27000

master.quakeservers.net:27000 still does not support heartbeats, but will list them if added to one of the other two.
