How come that servers in Brazil, Australia and Usa dont use QTV (except for phils servers in Usa) ?


Brazil servers:

Who do I need to talk to in order of getting QTV up there?

There used to be a QTV on va.telefrag.me:30000 but it is dead for quite some time, not sure why.

Okay Johnny. Our QTVs are running here in some brazilian servers. Is the usual action to "link" them to some "oficial" QTV or something?
