It might be hard to find a clan during summer idling but EQL14 should start signups in september so that will make it alot easier finding a clan.
I the meantime i suggest you join some 4on4 mixes, they are going on almost every night, and hone your skills!

There are far too few crappy clans available Most div3 clans are actually too strong for a real newbie or someone who hasn't played in a while (IMO). It can get quite difficult to get enjoyable(!) 4on4s going when you aren't really good.
