Hi guys, so I'm slowly getting back in to qw. Got a new computer and lost my old config with the change. I spent all night yesterday fixing a new one. But I hit a problem. My screenshots gets pretty fucked up, I have tried both jpg and png. Anyone have a clue?

That's a new one, never seen that one before What vid_displayfrequency are you using?

Hehe it reminds me of an old tv with some interference I'm using 60. Did test 0 just now but it didn't change anything.

I've seen this before and it does have to do with the resolution / vid_display frequency you're using. In game the game will look normal, but when you take a screenshot it ends up being like that. Happened to me on Windows 7 when I was testing video settings for a friend.

I tried with default config and got the same thing, so as you said fenris its probably nothing with the res/hz. Also did take a screenshot in portal 2 that did work fine, so its nothing with my screen/graphics?

So, did some test:
gl_ztrick = same gl_clear = same fodquake = same run as admin = same run as win xp comp = same disable desktop composition = same re installed graphic drivers = same
This is getting kinda annoying , Anyone have some idea?

I have done that. Png, tga and jpg none of them work. Window mode didn't do anything either.

So ... scratch what I did just say. Apparently I didn't try good enough. Changing the resolution did work this time. After some google reading I found out that 1366x768 isn't a good computer resolution since 1366 can't be divided by 8, so I changed it to 1360 and it worked. I get a 6px opening at the right side but I'll have to live with that until ezQuake (and fod) fixes it.
thx para, and the rest.
