Even tho i set:

noskins 0
teamskin soet
enemyskin elak

everyone is wearing base skins...

What have i missed?

"Skins" to refresh?
"Allskins" set to base?

Did have the same problem randomly when joining a server. Did set noskins to 1 then back to 0, that did help.

maybe cl_name_as_skin ?

unfortunately none of that helps either

using software but non .pcx skins?

nope, also everyone have base even tho i delete it just as a test..
