no, defcon you can't :/ in FTE I think you can change bottom/top-color but team/enemyskins (I think)

- Eject I don't use that anymore myself, but I found this line in my config. alias kdegeneration "gl_lightmode 2; gl_scaleTurbTextures 0; gl_scaleModelTextures 0; gl_texturemode gl_nearest; gl_externalTextures_bmodels 1; gl_externalTextures_world 1; gl_picmip 0; gl_miptexLevel 3; cvar_reset gl_max_size" gl_texturemode gl_nearest and gl_miptexLevel 3 do the trick. External textures aren't effected (/qw/textures).

didnt the newest version of ezQuake adopt gl_textureless to support zer0 textures but maintain solid colors??!

yes sputnikUtah you are correct. Its almost exactly like gl_picmip 10+ in appearance.
