So I got eQuake primarily to practice against bots, so I loaded up frogbot.bat and got into the game, but there's something weird going on. I know how to use FrogBot, but for some reason the opponent skins don't show up (all I get is a white player model) and I'm unable to pick anything up. I can't even hurt my opponent, nor can they hurt me. What am I doing wrong?

in console type 'ready' to play
the white enemy is just a skin, you can replace it in the qw/skins/ directory.
in console type skin nameoftheskin to change.
