I got a sudden urge to try and make music.. does any have any tips on programs to use?
I downloaded a trial of "Magix music maker".. I don't know if that is good though, I couldn't get the keyboard function in the program to actually make a sound WHILE I was playing,
but when I played it back after recording I could here the notes. What is that about ?
Is there any better programs one could try? I wanna create my own stuff as much as possible and not use like pre-made loops and such..
And preferably not a program that cost like 5k euro
Is there any good tutorials or something also?

Depends on what music your making. If it's electronic music I'd recommend Fruity Loops since it's fairly easy to get into. Then there's also Ableton which is good but a little more advanced, same with Reason.
You can also try a freeware (think so atleast?) program called Reaper, http://www.reaper.fm/
Regarding the sound problem, if you don't have a low latency soundcard I would recommend installing asio4all to lower the latency, I guess that could be the problem to why you didn't hear a sound from the built-in keyboard as the delay was too big. Normal soundcards have a huge latency and realtime playback don't work very well.

If you wanna be the next avicii you should give Ableton Live a try, Reason is nice as well - Liam Howlett used to use that in his production too. Else if you are on Mac, I think every applehead is using Logic Pro

FT2 is the shit! But you never get anything produced, you just end up playing nibbles

Journey of Comet Lovejoy is my favourite among these.
That one sounds almost like something from the 80's......
