I modified this Mindgrid Quake Sound Package since i didn't like all the sounds in it.
Like, rocket explotion, when you fire rocket, pickup items etc.

Here you got the modifyed package from Mindgrid.
Put the pak in quake\id1 - rename to the next number in the folder.. eg. pak2.pak
