Is there a planned date?
Would be nice to know it in time. Unfortunately I will have several trainings at my workplace in the beginning of November, but during this month I still have a chance to shift them with 1-2 days.

No, unfortunetly not - The Hazard guys that we have held qhlan with for the past 2 years have 2 lan events a year. One in November and one in March, with the current state of the scene I don't think that we can attract enough players in time for the november event, so the plan is to wait for their March event and hope thst we are still welcome. Other options are a deal with DreamHack at one of their smaller events.

I'm sure that we can figure something out, but if we can't we would need someone else to organize future QHLAN events, atleast if it were to be held in Sweden... It's too bad we probably can't get people to come to Denmark, as I have access to a LAN area with fiber, gbit lan, projectors, monitors, sleeping area, kiosk and it only takes 1 hour to make it ready for up to 80 participants :-)

That place would fit like a glove. What about renting a tour bus that starts up in Boden (northern Sweden) and cruise through The Long Country to pick swedes/fins up

I think if participants can rent monitors then it can not be so big problem that it's not in Sweden. Ok, I understand that most of the players are from Sweden but once in a year they can also do a little trip for a qhlan, or not?

Yeah, kinda... Lornelin ain't that much around, Peppe is if I slap him tho. So that kinda leaves me, but the options are as I mentioned in my first post.

I hope for another one with Hazard :-) Make a poll or something, make something happen! Let us know if there's any way one could help out :-)

Better to not rush it at least, but rather give us some months ahead notice. At least then I'm pretty sure I could make time to participate myself, and the same probably goes for Trygve.

The usual deal with Hazard has worked out great in the past, but I'm also very positive about the Denmark suggestion.

Another LAN would at least be warmly welcomed by many of us I bet!

There is no plan of rushing it, that was kinda why there was no QHLAN in November. Not that we couldn't have put the word out early, there was just kinda noone to put the word out to

I'm expecting that Salvation and the EQL spring season, will bring back enough activity into the scene, so that it will be viable to host a QHLAN around March.
