I've made a script that downloads the mvdsv, ktx, qtv and qwfwd sources and compiles them.

It's a one step process and it creates logs that you can inspect if something goes wrong.

Warning: the script removes the "bin" folder in the same folder as the script, so it is advisable to put this script in its own folder.

Working on improving the script, getting back to you when I'm done.

Msg me @ IRC when you read this, I remade the script a bit to make it more portable and handle errors better. Even had to implement a workaround to modify KTX makefile for gcc versions >= 4.7 until its fixed in the KTX repo.
