Is it possible to slowfall to LG from GL platform?

Is it possible to jump to MH tunnel from GL platform with one jump?

Dunno, but I saw some demos from Kovaak when he "climbed" into the tunnel from LG platform whithout jump.

Yes. The bevelled corners inside the lg pit run all the way down the wall and allow you to stick in them. It's pretty goddamn hard to do when falling from gl, though. It's much like those dm3 slowfall tricks that Dahmer showcased here last year.


It requires relatively high speed and low height. There's a demo on the currently non-functional tricks.quakeworld.nu of me doing it by rocket jumping through RA, then sliding up the ramp to gl. It's not an especially difficult trick that way, but, as a single jump, I think it's unlikely to be possible.


Now there's a useful trick. I've never seen anyone else regularly attempt that in-game, and even Kovaak mostly seemed to take 2 tries to get up, but it's definitely achievable for players with very good movement and timing.
