Is there anyway to make nQuake to look like classic quake? like remove all gui and textures?

I think you can get it looking pretty close, but I don't know the commands someone with more experience will have to help.

originalquake command in nquake will enable original settings.
but nquake has high res textures, i don't see any reason to remove them anyway
never argue with an idiot. they'll bring you back to their level and then beat you with experience.
