anything > 90
100 to 120.
higher fov suffer from dead center aim; its skewed... up to you.

90 seems very low for QuakeWorld, especially on a widescreen monitor. All that close-range fighting and bouncing around only makes it difficult on you. Also, you don't need pixel-perfect accuracy with any of the long-range weapons. Max-range LG is all you have to worry about.

I use 110, couse you see more around you (than 100) and the image doesn't get distorted, like 115 or 120(horrible distortions)...

From 2000-2004 which is when i played very regularly I used fov 120 in 320x200 SW mode.
Now in GL i use something like 115 or 118 + widescreen mode = 126 (pretty sure this was nQuake default)
