Here is another thing you might like when you switch from Windows to OS X (just in case you want). After the (ongoing) effort to bring you Fodquake to OS X so you don't have to miss your QuakeWorld joy on that platform I thought I should add something to that lineup.
Since streaming has become more popular and is constantly growing - you now can somewhat easily stream your Quake games or demos (or any other stuff as you like) to Twitch or services alike.
