Hi! I recently upgraded my pc from a amd 5200+ to a 4670k , using the same gfx card as before a 460gtx but i now notice small drops in the fps.

They weird thing is that it makes no diffrence if i use 308 fps or 800 fps they still drop around the same amount (2-8 fps) And im running the same cfg as i did before.

what could be the cause of this?

specs:
460gtx
samsung 120 gb ssd
8gb ram
4670k currently running stock speeds.

btw config uploaded to game content if you want to inspect and threaded optimization is off .

try other os or bios update

Kind of hard to help you when you don't specify what OS you're using.

If you're using Windows 7 you could disable "MultiMedia Class Scheduler". That one caused me a lot of nasty jitter/lags.

If you google it and find entries about chaning network throttling etc, don't.
